Master Plan
The construction of the development commenced in December 2006. The development was Completed in January 2009.Residents and guests have use of the facilities which include a large lagoon styled swimming pool with in- pool Jacuzzi, a Clubhouse with Fitness centre, coffee shop, lounge, restaurant with upper level dinning, bar, reception and the garden areas which are tropically landscaped. There is 24 hour security and underground parking to ensure a tranquil environment.
